Chris dedicates two hours every week to supporting our young police cadets in Birmingham, empowering them and shaping their futures. Balancing his busy day job with volunteering, he finds immense pride in seeing the growth and confidence in his cadets.
His journey began close to home. Fuelled by his son's aspirations to become a police officer, Chris felt a calling to empower the next generation and give back to his community. He saw potential in our young police cadets and knew his experience and skills could make a real difference.
'Knowing I'm shaping young people's futures fills me with pride. My proudest moment was seeing a cadet overcome a challenge they thought impossible.
'The opportunities available to our police cadets are amazing. From discovering their potential and learning new skills to meeting specialist teams, the possibilities are endless.'
