Antisocial behaviour at Bentley Bridge Shopping Centre.
The police and local authority have received reports that large groups of people are gathering at the site - especially at weekends - and causing ASB, disrupting local businesses and customers at the retail park.
The local neighbourhood team,West Midlands Police and the local authority are working collaboratively and have plans in place to tackle this behaviour and will provide reassurance to the local shops and customers. Additional WMP resources from across the force are also assistance with reassurance patrols and proactive action against individuals concerned.

Officers and local authority continue to conduct additional patrols of the shopping centre and surrounding areas, working with businesses and site security teams. Enforcement action and ASB orders will be utilised.
The local neighbourhood team will continue to patrol and provide reassurance around the Bentley Bridge. There have been additional patrols in the area. Force resources have assisted with patrols in the area and will continue to do so.

Long Ley, Chervil Rise, Longfield House and Hobgate Road have been experiencing anti-social behaviour, drug dealing and criminal damage. The anti social behaviour occurs inside the building and surrounding areas.

The local neighbourhood team and the local authority are working collaboratively to tackle this issue.
A number of warning letters have been issued to young people causing anti social behaviour, arrests have been made and community orders have been served on individuals responsible for causing ASB. The neighbourhood team and the local authority will continue to patrol the flats and encourage residents to report any anti-social behaviour and any criminal offences.

Wednesfield Neighbourhood Team have completed traffic operations with speed enforcement, with further work planned with our Road Traffic colleagues and external partners, including Wolverhampton Anti - social behaviour team and DVLA.
