With 17 years of policing experience across Birmingham, Sandwell, and a previous stint in Dudley, I’ve gained extensive knowledge of the challenges our communities face.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked on response teams and in partnership roles, tackling issues such as antisocial behaviour, youth violence, and multi-agency problem-solving. Having both lived and worked in the area, I understand the concerns of local residents and businesses, and I’m committed to making a real difference.
I look forward to working closely with the community and our partner agencies to ensure Dudley West sectors remains a safe and welcoming place for everyone. If you see me out and about, feel free to stop for a chat—I’m always keen to hear your thoughts and concerns.
I am Sergeant Lilley and I am proud to be your new Neighbourhood Sergeant. With a background in CID, I bring years of investigative experience to this role, which means I have a strong understanding of tackling crime at its root and bringing offenders to justice. Now my focus is on working closely with the community to prevent crime, support residents and work to ensure our neighbourhoods remain safe places to live and work. I am committed to making a real difference. Together we can build a stronger, safer community.
