I have been working for the police for 17 years, working across a wide range of policing roles including offender management, gangs, CID, operational policing, project management and, most recently, frontline response policing.
As the Inspector for the area, I am committed to delivering a proactive, visible policing service that keeps our communities safe. I believe in working closely with residents, partners and local organisations to understand the issues that matter most and to tackle them together.
My focus is on preventing crime, protecting vulnerable people and building trust through open communication and positive engagement. I am passionate about supporting our officers and staff to deliver the highest standards of policing, ensuring we listen to our communities and respond with professionalism, fairness and compassion.

The team have been working with residents to identify offenders as well as patrolling areas to reduce ASB.

The team are receiving reports of neighbour disputes where neighbours are unable to find their own resolution. As a result, behaviour escalates and police intervention is required

The team have issued some neighbours with community resolutions or community protection warnings to reduce ASB.
