I am the local Inspector for Birmingham East, covering Hall Green and surrounding areas.
I’ve spent over 20 years in policing, most recently as a response and neighbourhood Inspector across both Solihull and Birmingham, and I’m bringing all that experience with me into this role.
I’m proud to be building on the strong foundations laid by my predecessor
I know that shop theft and antisocial behaviour remain key concerns. These are priorities for us too, and we’re committed to making the area safer and more welcoming for everyone.
I know trust in policing is built through consistent action and honest conversations. That’s what I’m here to do. I want to listen, learn, and work with you to make the area a place we’re all proud of.
Thank you for your continued support. I’m looking forward to what we can achieve together. Stay safe.
We know that road safety is a primary concern for residents, with community feedback frequently highlighting issues such as speeding and dangerous driving along key routes including Stratford Road, Baldwins Lane, and Robin Hood Lane.

In response, we have conducted targeted traffic operations alongside our Road Harm Prevention Team and the Special Constabulary. We have plans in place for future enforcement in the coming weeks and months.
We are actively carrying out speed checks, issuing tickets, and seizing vehicles where necessary to deter dangerous driving. We are going to be increasing our speed operations as a local Neighbourhood team.
We have officers working in partnership with key stakeholders to tackle this issue and remain committed to making our roads safer for all users and will continue to act on local intelligence to tackle persistent traffic offences.

The community has raised significant concerns regarding anti-social behaviour, particularly groups congregating in vehicles and the illegal use of nitrous oxide, which is frequently left littered across our streets.
Issued 14 October 2026
We are taking a robust stance on this issue by increasing our directed patrols at known ASB hotspots. Working closely with internal and external partners, including Trading Standards, we are actively tackling the illegal sale of these canisters and reviewing local intelligence. We have already seized quantities of nitrous oxide alongside other drugs, and our enforcement action will continue to ensure our public spaces remain safe and welcoming.

Inconsiderate and dangerous parking is regularly highlighted to the team through community meetings. It poses a serious risk to pedestrians and other road users, while causing significant daily disruption to the local community.
Issued 14 October 2026
We are tackling this issue through parking patrols, issuing tickets and seizing vehicles. We have scheduled regular enforcement taking place with local council enforcement.
Additionally, we are carrying out pre-planned operations and liaising directly with the DVLA to identify and remove untaxed vehicles that are exacerbating parking issues on our residential streets.
We encourage the public to continue reporting dangerous parking so we can focus our resources on the most affected areas and take lawful action against offending vehicles.
