You may have noticed an increased police presence in your neighbourhood.
That's because we've launched Operation Fearless, a major new initiative to tackle crime and make your area safer.
We've heard your concerns about crime in the area, and we're taking action.
We're starting this pilot in Erdington, and we plan to roll it out across other parts of the region soon.
We’ve recruited a brand new team of 20 officers who are dedicated to tackling crime and anti-social behaviour. You can expect to see more high-visibility patrols, targeted operations, and increased police presence in hotspot areas.
We're committed to making your neighborhood a safer place to live, work, and visit. By working together, we can create a stronger, more resilient community.
We understand that crime can make you feel uneasy. That's why we're stepping up patrols, conducting targeted operations, and deploying specialist teams to combat crime effectively.
We’re focusing on the crimes that matter most to you. This includes burglary, theft, anti-social behaviour, and drug-related offences. Our officers will conduct specific operations to target these issues.
Our specialist teams, including detectives, response officers, and neighbourhood policing teams, are available 24/7 to respond to incidents and investigate crimes.
More cops on the beat, so you’ll feel safer on your street. You’ll see more of our officers on foot and in cars.
We’re focusing on the crimes that matter most to you and our specialist units are on hand 24/7, ready to help.
We’re not doing this alone. We’re working with the council, transport companies, local partners and YOU to make a real difference.
We're reaching out to local residents and businesses to hear your thoughts on policing in the area. We've created a short survey to gather your feedback on your experiences and any concerns you may have.
Your feedback is really important to us – it'll help us understand what matters most to you and make sure we're using our resources in the right places to keep the community safe.
