A Dudley nursery has admitted to causing the death of a toddler in 2022.
Noah Sibanda, aged 14 months, died after an incident at Fairytales Nursery in Bourne Street on 9 December 2022.

Today at Wolverhampton Crown Court, director and business owner Deborah Latewood, aged 55, has admitted to failing to comply with general duties under the Health and Safety at Work Act.
Fairytales Nursery Limited has also admitted to corporate manslaughter and failing to comply with a duty under the Health and Safety at Work Act.
Last June, nursery worker Kimberley Cookson, aged 23, admitted gross negligence manslaughter.
They will be sentenced on 16 April.
