Appeal over bank card theft at Wolverhampton shopping centre

Do you know this man? We want to speak to him about a theft in the Mander Centre, Wolverhampton.

A bank card was stolen at around 10.40am on Wednesday, 13 May, and several hundred pounds in cash was later withdrawn.

We appreciate that the person in the image is wearing a face mask, but if you can tell us who he is, based on his clothing and build, please contact investigators.
