We’ve arrested and charged a man with firearms offences following an incident outside an address in Walsall.
Officers were called to Hough Road, Pleck, shortly after 9pm on Thursday night, following a concern for welfare, a man was disarmed by firearms officers.
Mark Lowe, aged 52, from Walsall, will appear at Wolverhampton Magistrates Court today for a first hearing charged with two offences of possessing a prohibited weapon and one offence of possessing a firearm with intent to cause fear of violence.
