The 29-year-old was remanded in custody and is set to appear before Birmingham Magistrates Court today.
The operation was supported by officers from our Operational Support Unit, NCA, and Leicestershire Police.
Det Sgt Gavin McGrath, from our County Lines Taskforce, said: "This was a significant, widespread operation, which our officers worked quickly to plan and execute - a testament to their professionalism.
