We have arrested and charged a Dudley man with robbery and fraud.
Damian Groves, aged 27, will appear at Wolverhampton Magistrates Court today (Saturday) for a first hearing.
It follows an incident where a woman was allegedly robbed of her car on Alexandra Street, Dudley, on 1 March and a bank card later used in a shop.
