We’ve arrested a boy, aged 17, on suspicion of attempted murder, after a boy was stabbed in Birmingham.
It's believed the 15-year-old was attacked in the area around Morris Park and we were called by paramedics to Alum Rock Road, near the junction with College Road, at just before 8.45pm on Friday (7 March).
The 17-year-old handed himself in to police last night.
Two other boys, aged 16 and 17, remain in custody and are being questioned.
A man, aged 21 and from Birmingham, has already been charged with attempted murder and possession of a knife.
The boy who was stabbed remains in hospital. His injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
Our investigation is continuing and we are keen to speak to anyone with information who has not yet been in contact with us.
