Appeal following threats of violence

APPEAL | Do you know who this is?
We would like to speak with him after a woman was approached and threatened with violence, in Adderley Road, Saltley, Birmingham, at around 9am on 12 February.
Since the incident we have carried out CCTV enquiries but have been unable to identify him.
