We have recovered over 140 cannabis plants after officers carried out a drugs warrant at an address in Stockland Green.
This morning, officers from Op Skybridge, along with the Stockland Green Neighbourhood team, carried out the drugs warrant at a property in St Thomas' Road, Stockland Green.

After acting on intelligence, the team carried out the warrant this morning and found 143 cannabis plants along with growing equipment. The electricity meter had also been bypassed to power the grow. Officers are investigating to establish who has been using the property to grow the cannabis.
Sgt Danny Fulford, from the Op Skybridge team, said: "Today's warrant came about following our ever-growing relationship with the community, and we have successfully found over 140 cannabis plants which will all be seized.
"We're continuing our work to tackle serious acquisitive crime (SAC) offences across Birmingham."
Our teams across the West Midlands regularly carry out warrants at properties suspected of being involved in cannabis production.
