More arrests following fire at former Coventry college

We've arrested two more teenagers in connection with a fire at a disused college building in Coventry.

We last night detained two girls - aged 14 and 15 - on suspicion of arson following the blaze in Henley Road on Tuesday evening.

The 14-year-old remains in custody for questioning while the 15-year-old has been bailed with strict conditions.

Two boys, aged 14 and 15, who were also arrested have been bailed while our enquiries continue.

Our investigation into the cause of the blaze continues and we are working with partners including the Fire Service and local authority to keep the site secure and protect the public.

We're stepping up patrols in the area following recent reports of anti-social behaviour in the area.
