Murder investigation in Lozells

We've started a murder investigation after a man found with serious injuries in a Lozells street has died.
We were called to Hunters Road, near the junction of Villa Road, at just before 12.25am today (30 September).
A man was discovered seriously injured and sadly nothing could be done to save him.
A second man who was also found hurt and is currently in a serious condition in hospital.
We're currently working to establish exactly what happened and who was involved.
We're reviewing CCTV and carrying out house-to-house enquiries as we investigate. A scene is currently in place.
