#CHARGED | We’ve charged a man with robbery after a woman had her handbag and phone stolen in Birmingham. Dominic Lycett, aged 37, was arrested on 22 August following an appeal for information from the public for information about the incident. Lycett has now been charged with robbery, and will appear before the city’s magistrates court on 21 October.
