Alleged Conduct:
It is alleged that PC Parsons breached the Standards of Professional Behaviour in that they misused Force computer systems by accessing and misusing policing systems.
Between 06/07/2020 and 06/04/2025, they conducted over 2000 searches outside the proper course of their duties to access confidential information.
Standards of Professional Behaviour breached:
o Confidentiality
o Discreditable Conduct
The matter set out above is alleged to amount to gross misconduct in that it is so serious as to justify dismissal.
