Alleged Conduct:
1. On 15.02.16, when a member of his team messaged him to report being unwell, the Former Sergeant replied with a message which was sexist, misogynistic, sexualised, offensive and inappropriate.
2. On 08.02.14, the Former Sergeant sent a message to a police constable who was under his supervision, which was sexist, sexualised, offensive and inappropriate.
3. On 04.12.13, the Former Sergeant sent a message to a police constable under his supervision, which was homophobic, discriminatory, offensive and inappropriate.
4. On 18.09.16, the Former Sergeant. whilst on duty, shared with officers under his supervision a pornographic image. The image was sexist, misogynistic, offensive and inappropriate.
The above conduct breached the Standards of Professional Behaviour relating to Authority, Respect and Courtesy, Equality and Diversity and Discreditable Conduct and individually and cumulatively, amounts to Gross Miscondu
