Alleged Conduct:
Allegation 1
In late April 2024, whilst in the briefing room at a police station with a female officer you have grabbed her finger, placed it in your mouth and sucked it from the bottom of the finger to the top. You have then smiled and started to laugh.
Allegation 2
On 6 June 2024 you had a conversation with a female officer where you discussed buying her a handbag with a payout you were expecting. You said words to the effect of, “If I buy you one, what can I expect in return?” and added that you can go down to the red-light area where sex workers are for a fiver.
Allegation 3
On 8 June 2024, whilst in the refreshments room at a police station with a female officer you have said words to the effect of “When are we going to get our hot naked bodies together?”
Allegation 4
You have on a number of occasions kissed two female officers on the head.
Standards of Professional Behaviour breached:
The above conduct breached the Standards of Professional Behaviour relating to Authority, Respect and Courtesy and Discreditable Conduct and is so serious as to amount to Gross Misconduct.
