Could you please provide me a copy of the contract with the third-party camera supplier (redacted for any sensitive financial terms).

Response

I am writing to inform you that we have searched our records and the information you requested is not held by West Midlands Police.

Birmingham City Council Purchase and maintain the speed cameras.  They are responsible for the installation as well. The Police role is to administer the law once such a camera is installed.
