Immediate response target = 15 minutes

Immediate response time (01/01/25 - 17/12/25) = 9 minutes 58 seconds

Q2:

Priority response target = 1 hour

Priority response time (01/01/25 - 17/12/25) = 38 minutes 30 seconds

Q3. The times provided above are a median of every Immediate and Priority incident we have received between from 01/01/25 – 17/12/25.

Q4. West Midlands Police's (WMP) key crime priorities, set by the Police & Crime Commissioner (PCC) for 2025-2029, focus on Rebuilding Community Policing, tackling serious violence (especially youth/knife crime & Violence Against Women & Girls), making roads safer, and reducing neighbourhood crimes like burglary/car theft, while also addressing drug supply, fraud, and extremism, ensuring victims are supported, and disrupting organized crime.
