Birds of prey crime (FOI ref: 1756A/25)

Please would you let me know regarding allegations of crimes conducted against birds of prey in each of the last three years

1) the total number of allegations made to your force

2) how many you opened an investigation into

3) how many you referred to the CPS and

4) how many resulted in a criminal conviction. If known, please would you for each category record the total number of incidents where the accused were gamekeepers across all three years

Please see following table but note - Allegations are not formally recorded and therefore we are unable to provide an answer to question 1 with regard to numbers per year. However, we can confirm that there were no allegations against gamekeepers.
