Request

I would like data on all arrests and charges under the Public Order Act 2023 from 3 May 2023 to the present day.

For each and every arrest, I would like the following information:

• The date of arrest
• The offence under which they were arrested
• If the person was later charged, and if so what with

Clarification:

In relation to the above request, I note you asked for me to provide you with a list of offences to search for.

The Public Order Act 2023 introduced several new offences. You can see them listed in the legislation. They are:

• locking on
• being equipped for locking on
• causing serious disruption by tunnelling
• causing serious disruption by being present in a tunnel
• being equipped for tunnelling
• obstruction of major transport works
• interference with use or operation of key national infrastructure
• interference with access to or provision of abortion services

Please provide the data I requested in relation to these offences.
