A list of all police officers who are currently suspended on full pay, including their rank, the reason for their suspension, and the number of days they have been suspended
“The decision to suspend a staff member or officer is a neutral act and made in accordance with The Police (Conduct) Regulations 2020.
Where appropriate we try to re-deploy officers into alternative roles while investigations are carried out.
However, suspension will be considered appropriate if the effectiveness of an investigation may be prejudiced or the nature of the allegation and any relevant public interest requires the person to be suspended.
Other factors that impact on the length of suspension for a staff member or officer is if the conduct matters are subjudice due to ongoing criminal investigations.”
