As a result of the regulatory deadline for the issue of remediable service statements (RSS) having failed to be met in contravention of Reg. 29 Public Service Pensions and Judicial Offices Act 2022 (PSPJOA), could you provide information to the following questions;

1) How many retired West Midlands Police officers have received their RSS to date.

2) How many retired West Midlands Police Officers are awaiting the issue of their RSS.
