Further to a recent advert on your careers page for Mounted Section Sergeant and Constables, can you provide the following information:
1). What will the annual operating costs for the Mounted Section per financial year be?
2). How is this been funded?
3). The Mounted Section was disbanded under the leadership of CC Edward Crew in 1999. Why re-establish this unit 25 years later?
4). Where will the section be located? Stables, offices and other equine facilities?
5). How much will it cost to re-establish/set-up the unit? (Housing, animal care, equipment (transport), training, uniform etc)
6). When will the unit be operational?
