Could you advise what constitutes a degrade in service in the Controlworks system?
Where are the P3 and P4 recorded and logged?
What are the criteria for defining the categories P1, P2, P3, P4.
What constitutes a P2?
By users what do you mean?
Does this include the call operators?
In respect of issues or errors, you say that the technical issues are addressed by the IT department but the Policing issues – how are they triaged in respect of issues which impact investigations?
What is the safety net concerning the information flow say for example in a time-critical investigation – when do senior officers get involved or informed and how do they recover information or a position which may have been compromised?

In respect of individual inquiries how are faults matched to particular crime numbers – so that investigators can act quickly if there is a problem concerning their case?
